SECTION 4 – BANDZOOGLE
Our store is hosted on BandZoogle. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through BandZoogle data storage, databases and the general BandZoogle application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:
Our store uses Stripe Credit Card Processing to process all credit card transactions. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

RETURN POLICY
Our primary goal is to deliver you the ultimate purchasing experience, and we hope to achieve customer satisfaction within reason and at our discretion. If you are unhappy with any part of your jordisings.com order, PLEASE e-mail us directly at info@jordisings.com within 30 days after the item(s) have been received. All digital content purchases are final. If a physical album contains a digital download included, it cannot be refunded. Concerning physical products, excluding physical CDs, please note, we only offer replacements for damaged, mislabeled, misprinted, or defective products, as a result, no refunds will be issued in these scenarios. Additionally, because of the print-on-demand format, we will not process size exchanges (when applicable). For physical CDs, we will offer refunds and replacements at our discretion.

For all physical products, replacements, when approved, can take 7 – 10 days for us to process. Following process times, we will ship you the correct order as soon as possible. Transactions will include new tracking and delivery updates.
Approved refunds for physical albums usually take 7-10 business days to be processed by your bank.
